Your Concierge Logistics Team will develop:

- A damage/risk assessment analysis before the project begins
- If applicable a Customs analysis to include a review of current regulations and estimate of duties and taxes which may be due
Your Concierge Logistics Services will include:
- Transportation budget creation based on actual vendor contacts on each order
- Set-up of receiving/consolidation gateways in the vendor countries
- Vendor direct contact by our foreign offices necessary for effective SOP implementation. We are your eyes at origin!
- Full compliance check of commercial documentation
- If desired, quality checks BEFORE shipment commences to include FF&E and packing material used
- Timely movement of goods as they become available from vendors based on pre-selected transportation modes and customer requirements
- If desired, all risk cargo insurance door to door
- Customs clearance at destination
- “Catch Up” expedited shipping when schedules fall behind
- Project status reporting at regular intervals throughout the life of the program
